Whatever brought you here, I am honored that you have chosen to partner with me to find alternative pathways. Although past traumas may remind us of where we have been, they do not dictate how we live or whom we become. I wish to create an environment where you feel safe to explore and make changes that lead to a happier and healthier life.
I am a mother of three children, three
dogs, and a rabbit. My family, nature, and art fill my life with Love and Inspiration. I realized early in my life that my purpose was to support others as they worked on improving their lives.
In my practice, I create a safe space without judgment for clients to explore those parts of themselves that are not working or thriving. Our goal is to create a favorable environment in which to listen to your real self and make positive changes.
I would like to help you believe in Yourself. With the right guidance, you can overcome challenges and learn to experience true joy, peace, and love in your life.
People come to me to find relief in a problem area of their life, whether it be depression, anxiety, trauma, or just feeling stuck and wanting a change. I serve individuals, families and couples.
Painful experiences in my personal life have helped me to grow and build understanding and compassion for others. I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
